Silver lining in the night fills the air and dims the sound
Unwillingly its ghostly cry is swallowed by the earthy ground
The rain scrapes it nails against the window-pane
Silence it seems is nowhere to be found
The nights lullaby is haunting me into a daze
The spectral hands luring me to dreams
Come sweet rain wash away my nightmares
Prove once again that nothings what it seems
